In 2016, during a trip to India I discovered Hatha Yoga. After only a few weeks of practice I was able to experience several benefits: reduced stress, better sleep, a more supple body and reduced back pain. Realizing all these benefits, I chose to go back to India to complete a training to become a yoga teacher to share these practices.

In 2017 I completed 5 months (1750 hours) of classical Hatha Yoga training at Isha Hatha Yoga School, in South India, by Sadhguru, founder of Isha Foundation. A very rigorous yoga teaching program that puts everything in place to soak up the sacred science of yoga. On the program: practical sessions and classes of anatomy, physiology and diet. We are taught, step by step, how to organize and teach several modules, from the simple class to a complete retreat. These modules cover dimensions of Hatha Yoga that are not taught anywhere else.
