Samsara is a Sanskrit word for the repetitive cycle of death and rebirth. It encompasses the concept of reincarnation and the fact that what an individual does in their current life will be reflected, through karma, in their future lives.
The concept of samsara appears in yogic philosophy as well. Practicing yoga can help an individual come closer to moksha (freedom through enlightenment), which can liberate him/her from the cycle of samsara. |
Yoga for everyone!

As we all have different physical predispositions, aspirations and lifestyles, there is no single formula or magic formula. Therefore, Samsara offers you different practices of Isha Hatha Yoga that will meet the needs of all. These practices will be taught in such a way that you can practice them at your own pace in the comfort of your home, in a fitness center and even while traveling.
Samsara offers an intimate setting where classes are designed to gradually introduce you to Isha Hatha Yoga practices. Unlike many modern yoga studios, we avoid playing music, using mirrors and props, talking during the demonstration, or physically touching participants. Our classes are taught in the purest classical tradition and with the utmost respect to offer you the best possible yoga experience.

In 2016, during a trip to India I discovered Hatha Yoga. After only a few weeks of practice I was able to experience several benefits: reduced stress, better sleep, a more supple body and reduced back pain.

My first meeting with Isha and Sadhguru took place in 2003 while I was cycling in Asia. I was lucky to arrive at Isha Yoga Center the day before the beginning of the retreat of Yoga and meditation that transformed my life.
